What can you expect:
First of all this is not a course or a series of easy steps to achieve fame and fortune. Before making any committment you will be invited to an introductory session of about 1/2 an hour or the equivalent number of Emails.

This time is for us to decide if we wish to work together and to agree on an initial contract whether this be one session or a series. I will work with you to help you to recognise your potential by becoming aware of old inappropriate patterns and together we will explore ways for you to progress towards whatever it is that you wish to achieve.

You are more than capable of taking responsibility for your life and manifesting what ever it is that you desire. My aims are to keep you emotionally safe and to empower you to take full control of your life.

I have a variety of exercises and techniques that we can share to help you to facilitate positive change and become more aware of your sub concious thoughts. My role will be to support and guide you, but in the end you are the one making the decisions, creating the change and discovering your true self.
